Henrik is responsible for marketing and sales activities in the US, including developing and maintaining relationships with our member firms. Previously Henrik held senior positions over a 20-year career at several leading international banks, including Westpac and Danske Bank in New York, focusing on project and debt financings as well as capital management for multinational firms in industries such as IT, infrastructure and natural resources. A native Dane, Henrik is on the Board of the Danish-American Chamber of Commerce in New York and serves as an Advisor to PME Capital LLC, which provides advice to growth companies regarding mergers, acquisitions and divestitures in the United States and in Europe. Henrik received a degree in Finance from the Copenhagen Business School.

Brad is responsible for the expansion of AMMA in the United States. Brad spent 14 years as a senior executive with Westpac Institutional Bank in various geographies including New York, Melbourne and Sydney. Prior to joining AMMA, Brad was Head of Large Corporates, and Acting Head of Westpac Institutional Bank, Victoria. He had responsibility for Westpac’s Institutional business, including Debt Capital Markets, Financial Markets, Cash Management and Relationship Management. Previously, Brad spent 9 years at National Australia Bank and 2 years at BNP Paribas. He has 26 years of banking experience and holds a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University and is a graduate from Monash University.
